Half Yearly Check Up

Benefits

  • Your system operating at peak performance

Inclusions

  • Inspection, testing and cleaning if required of all pumping equipment and control components – effluent pump, air pump, float switches and alarms.
  • On-site testing of final effluent quality and treatment –includes Turbidity, Dissolved oxygen, pH level and temperature
  • Inspection for any worn parts on the equipment – check filter bed, worm activity, power leads and air lines.
  • Flush irrigation lines and inspection of irrigation area – check flush valves and air ingress valve clean and working correctly and also includes pressure test and flow rate of the irrigation field.
  • Notification to the owner of any maintenance required.

Please note: The half yearly check is not a requirement of your Local Authority.  Past experience has shown that a half yearly check is beneficial to ensure your system is operating at peak performance.  The alarm does not pick up top bed faults which recently have occurred and often discovered to late which ends up to be quite costly to return the system to peak performance.

Emergency Call outs and Alarm Responses

If at any point your Biolytix alarm is activated all you need to do is contact us direct.  We will run through a series of questions to establish what may be happening with the system before we attend.

If you ever notice something out of the ordinary with your Biolytix system please contact us.  You may notice a smelly tank, additional water around the tank, making more noise than usual, the pump seem to activate a lot more often and for only short periods.

It is important that these issues are discussed as problems are easier to fix when they first happen then if left.
